1: Stripping. The accuracy of wire stripping is directly related to the entire production schedule. Once an error occurs, especially if the wire size is too short or too long, it will cause all stations to rework, which takes time and effort to affect production efficiency. Therefore, when stripping the wire, it is necessary to reasonably determine the wire opening size and stripping head size according to the requirements of the drawing and the terminal to be tapped.
2: Crimping process. Determine the crimping parameters according to the terminal type required by the drawing, make the crimping operation manual, and indicate the process documents and train the operators for special requirements. For example, some wires need to pass through the sheath before they can be crimped. It needs to be pre-installed and then returned from the pre-installation station before crimping; there are also piercing crimps that use special crimping tools. This crimping method has good electrical contact performance. And be sure to test the tension value of the terminal, if the tension does not meet the requirements, you need to re-adjust the crimping die.
3: Pre-installed. First, we must prepare the pre-assembly process operation manual. In order to improve the overall assembly efficiency, complex wiring harnesses must be equipped with pre-assembly stations. The rationality of the pre-assembly process directly affects the efficiency of the overall assembly and reflects the technical level of a craftsman. If the pre-assembled part is less assembled or the wire path of the assembly is unreasonable, it will increase the workload of the general assembler and slow down the speed of the assembly line, so the craftsman must often stay on site and continue to summarize.
4: Final assembly process. It can compile the assembly table according to the design of the product development department, design tooling equipment, material box specifications, and paste the numbers of all assembly sheaths and accessories on the material box to improve assembly efficiency. Compile the assembly content and requirements of each station, balance the entire assembly station to prevent a little too much work and reduce the speed of the entire assembly line. In order to achieve a balance of work positions, the craftsman must be familiar with each operation, measure the working hours on site, and adjust the assembly process at any time.
